RMMS Named “U.S. Firm to Watch” by Managing Intellectual Property Magazine

03/23/2017

On March 23, 2017, RMMS was awarded a Managing Intellectual Property Firm of the Year Award as the 2017 “U.S. Firm to Watch.”  The award recognizes RMMS’s broad success representing numerous national and international clients in Hatch-Waxman litigation, regulatory counseling and litigation, and counseling and litigation in connection with the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).

Managing Intellectual Property announced the recipients of the “Firm of the Year" awards at its 2017 North American Intellectual Property awards ceremony in Washington, DC. Several members of the RMMS team were on hand for the awards ceremony, and Founding Partner Deanne Mazzochi accepted the 2017 “U.S. Firm to Watch” award on behalf of RMMS.

Managing Intellectual Property's annual Firm of the Year awards recognize firms who have made outstanding contributions to IP work over the past year, based on Managing IP’s annual research into the IP market, including reference to publicly available information, client and peer comments.  Winners of the 2017 North American Intellectual Property awards will be featured in the May edition of Managing Intellectual Property.
