Victoria Georgevich is an associate at Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP.
Ms. Georgevich’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with emphasis on patent infringement suits arising under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).
Ms. Georgevich has experience assisting in the representation of clients in proceedings before U.S. District Courts. Ms. Georgevich has experience in a number of stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigation work and pleadings practice, fact and expert discovery, and dispositive motion practice.
Ms. Georgevich has experience with respect to a wide range of pharmaceutical technologies, including with respect to pharmaceutical formulations and topical dosage forms.
Prior to joining Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP as an associate, Ms. Georgevich was a summer associate at the firm. While at DePaul, she was awarded CALI Awards for Highest Grade in her Patent Law and Administrative Law courses. She also served as the Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the DePaul Law Review.
